About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Lead Fiduciary Advisory Specialist to join our team at Wells Fargo. In this role, you will be responsible for advising leadership on developing and implementing objectives, plans, and strategies for complex financial planning needs.

You will lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex planning needs in collaboration with clients and partners, delivering solutions that require vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking.

As a Senior Lead Fiduciary Advisory Specialist, you will provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale, cross-functional, or company-wide strategies.

You will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, interacting with internal or external customers, accountants, and attorneys.

This role will be responsible for reviewing and implementing complex estate planning documents, identifying problems and issues to mitigate risk, offering solutions, managing beneficiary and COI expectations, working with internal and external partners, and delivering outstanding client service via proactive communication and status updates.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Fiduciary Advisory experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. A CTFA, JD, L.L.M, or CFP designation is desired, as well as 3+ years' experience in administering complex special needs trust accounts as an attorney or trust officer.

Travel up to 50% is required for this role. The pay range for this position is $144,400.00 - $300,000.00, and benefits include health benefits, 401(k) Plan, paid time off, disability benefits, life insurance, critical illness insurance, and accident insurance.
