Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances, accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of credit union products and services, and educate members on available options.
  • Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • At least six months experience in cash handling, customer service, or retail sales.
  • Basic understanding of credit union operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, requiring regular and predictable attendance. The successful candidate will be required to work at any Credit Union location, including extended hours, holidays, and Saturdays.
