The Universal Banker plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting the financial needs of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient transaction processing, uncovering customer needs, and selling bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide guidance and perspective to customers on bank products and services, using established guidelines and service standards.
- Transaction Processing: Assist customers with transactional needs, including answering inquiries and performing tasks according to established guidelines.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with community businesses and consumer clients, achieving personal and branch targets and goals for new accounts and teller operations.
- Operational Support: Support Financial Center Manager operations, performing Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative duties as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience, with specific bank experience preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses: Notary preferred.
