About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Prosthetist Orthotist to lead our clinical operations in St. George, UT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Clinical Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our clinic, including staff management, patient scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Provide Patient Care: Assess patients, formulate treatment plans, and implement those plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise Clinical Team: Lead and develop a team of Prosthetist Orthotists, technicians, and administrative staff to achieve clinical and business goals.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve patient satisfaction, and expand our market share.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from the American Board for Certification (ABC) or the Board of Certification (BOC), or a baccalaureate degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics, or the foreign equivalent, and current ABC Board-Eligibility in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics.
  • Experience: Five years' experience in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics providing direct patient care, preferred. Two to four years supervisory experience, preferred. Two to four years 3rd party billing experience, preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Windows-based office technologies.
