Position Description

The Department of Criminology, Law, and Society in the School of Social Ecology at the University of California, Irvine anticipates periodic openings for Unit 18 Faculty Lecturers to cover specific topics in the area of Criminology, Law, and Society.

Salary is commensurate with experience, at varying percentages of time, depending on the course(s) assigned.

Required: A masters-level degree (Ph.D. strongly preferred) in a field appropriate to the course (e.g., anthropology, law and society, criminology, political science, sociology, etc.) and teaching experience at the college level.
