**About the Position**

The Department of Psychological Science at the University of California, Irvine is seeking qualified candidates for a Lecturer Pool in Psychological Science. The department anticipates openings for Lecturers during fall quarter 2024, winter quarter 2025, and spring quarter 2025. These appointments will be made as the need arises to cover specific topics in various areas of psychology, including developmental, social, personality, health, biological, clinical, cultural, community, environmental, and ecological psychology, as well as affective science and psychology and law.

**Responsibilities**

Applicants will be expected to teach courses in psychology, develop and implement curriculum, and participate in departmental service. The salary is commensurate with experience, at varying percentages of time depending on the course(s) assigned.

**Requirements**

Basic qualifications include a Master's degree or higher in psychology or a related field, and teaching experience at the college level. A preferred Ph.D./doctoral degree in psychology or a related field is also desired. Interested applicants should submit the required documents via UC Irvine's online application system, RECRUIT.
