Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address real-world challenges and datasets by leveraging your AI/ML knowledge and creativity to implement existing methodologies and devise new solutions that are practical and scalable.
  • Investigate and recommend suitable processes/techniques for data collection and creation to assess models independently.
  • Develop AI prompts to facilitate product applications for Customer & Industry Workflows (CIWF).
  • Engage daily with a collaborative team of developers, applied research scientists, product managers, and quality engineers to deliver high-quality software.
  • Partner with product owners to grasp detailed requirements and take ownership of your code from design through implementation, testing, and delivery of impactful solutions.
Candidate Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, Notebook, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns.
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering is essential.
  • Experience in evaluating the quality of Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
  • Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to review recent research papers and experiment with their concepts.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining extensive data processing pipelines to ensure accurate, efficient, and secure data handling.
  • Skill in communicating research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring a clear understanding of the advantages and limitations of LLMs across the organization.
