Job Title: System Product Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented System Product Engineer to manage Datacenter product testers. The successful candidate will join the Product Engineering team that architects solutions for Datacenter system products at NVIDIA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal teams to define, develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing test solutions for Data Center products.
  • Setup, validate, and support rack-level tester platforms at contract manufacturers, internal labs, and 3rd-party test sites.
  • Coordinate test facility design and development with efficient air and liquid cooling setup.
  • Manage test facility meaningful metrics.
  • Plan and drive tester/server hardware and software upgrades at all sites.
  • Drive failure analysis of tester/server and internal components.
  • Identify the failure root cause, perform required repair, and fix the failure Pareto.
  • Drive key tester critical metrics like tester uptime, recovery time, timely report, and material management.
  • Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design, and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment, and diagnostic software.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in PCBA and System products validation.
  • BS Degree or MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, chip to system.
  • Background in production test setup including failure analysis, problem solving, and ECOs.
  • Experience crafting, qualifying, and upgrading test fixtures/testers.
  • Knowledge of server architecture, design, components, sub-assemblies, and systems.
  • Knowledge of facility cooling design and management. Liquid cooling knowledge is a big bonus.
  • Understanding of communication protocols: PCIE, I2C, OSFP.
What We Offer

NVIDIA offers a competitive salary range of $128,000 USD - $201,250 USD, based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
