Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage a portfolio of treasuries, ensuring that our investment strategy aligns with our corporate policies and risk tolerance.
  • Oversee compliance with our investment policy, portfolio risk, and liquidity profile, ensuring that our investments are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Assess, monitor, and benchmark the performance of external investment managers, ensuring that we are getting the best possible returns on our investments.
  • Create a bottom-up interest income forecast, providing accurate and timely financial information to support our business decisions.
  • Implement a monthly and quarterly risk dashboard for cash and investments, providing visibility into our investment portfolio and identifying potential risks.
  • Recommend investment strategies in a changing market and business environment, ensuring that our investments are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Provide backup support for other treasury functions, such as cash, FX, and banking management, ensuring that our financial operations are running smoothly.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, such as capital market analysis, treasury systems, and automation, ensuring that our financial operations are efficient and effective.

Requirements

  • Experience trading fixed income securities, with a strong understanding of investment and risk management principles.
  • 6+ years of experience in corporate treasury, capital markets, or related fields, with a Master's in Finance or CFA (or) 8+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to create financial models and assess risks.
  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree or CFA, with a strong understanding of investment and risk management principles.
  • Experience with Bloomberg or similar, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.

Compensation

  • Base pay: $120,000 - $200,000, with a competitive salary range that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
