This is a full-time role for an Advanced Canning Technician. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and dismantling equipment
- Ensuring compliance with Clean-In-Place procedures according to company standards
- Operating and maintaining the canning line
The starting pay for this position is $20 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees, which includes:

Advanced Canning Technicians are expected to operate independently, manage customer interactions, and provide guidance to onsite technicians.
Required Skills and Abilities- Mechanical understanding
- Ability to learn on the job
- Multitasking capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Physical capability to handle 150-lb. pallets, push 800-lb. canning lines, and remain on feet for 8-12 hour shifts
- Flexibility in scheduling, with varying hours and potential overnight stays
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Quick learning ability to adapt to evolving procedures
- Knowledge of beer production, with home brewing or brewery experience as a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4-year college degree preferred but not mandatory
- One year of experience as a packing machine operator preferred but not mandatory
While performing the duties of this role, employees may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and various job site conditions, including noise and temperature variations.
Physical Demands- Ability to stand or walk continuously
- Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to push/pull up to 800 pounds on wheels
- Ability to perform repetitive motions in support of canning line operations
