Final Assembly Line Technician

BETA Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Final Assembly Line Technician. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the installation of various aircraft systems, including cabin wall liners, center monuments, landing gear, and wiring harnesses.
As a Final Assembly Line Technician, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop and implement manufacturing processes for Final Assembly Line (FAL) production. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing daily hands-on production assembly tasks
- Refining manufacturing process layouts and improving quality and throughput
- Working closely with peers to integrate design changes from ongoing product development efforts into existing build processes

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of aircraft systems
- Manufacturing process development and implementation
- Quality control and inspection
- Maintenance of accurate and clear manufacturing documentation
Requirements:
- Two-year degree from an accredited technical school
- Ability to assist in problem analysis and independent decision-making
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics of battery/electronic components
Preferred Qualifications:
- Airframe & Powerplant license
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Able to be on feet for 8 hrs per day as required
