Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of customer service skills, operational knowledge, and leadership abilities. As a Customer Service Lead at FedEx, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing production flow, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, polite, and expert service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Production Management: Manage production flow to ensure all production orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Operations: Assist with the coordination of all shipping related services and activities, including providing customer service, assembling parcels, and preparing goods for shipping.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods, and to move and lift 55 pounds. The ability to work with minimal supervision and to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours is also required.
