Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Burlington. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Model our company's core values and philosophy, and inspire and motivate associates to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering a consistently great experience to all customers, with a high level of professionalism and a customer-first approach.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area, troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions, and coordinate meal and break periods.
  • Team Management: Monitor schedule adherence and ensure that all team members are working together to achieve our customer service goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. You must also be able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand and walk for extended periods of time.
