Job Overview

Position: Technical Support Specialist

Compensation: $20.00/HR W2

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Contract Type: Open-ended contract with potential for conversion to permanent employment

Role Summary:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a client-facing technical support capacity.
  • Support technicians will oversee assigned service requests and address customer-reported issues, collaborating with team members as needed.
  • Common service requests include: setting up new devices, reinstalling operating systems on existing devices, managing access and domain configurations, troubleshooting O365 issues (including OneDrive and mapped drives), resolving email or software-related problems, and assisting users with malfunctioning devices, display concerns with monitors and docking stations, as well as printer issues.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical proficiency with Windows PCs is essential.
  • Familiarity with Mac and iOS systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is beneficial.
