Zurich North America is seeking a highly skilled Auto Claims Associate II to join their team. As a Claims Associate II, you will be responsible for managing liability and property damage claims caseloads, resolving claims according to best practices, and building partnerships with customers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own assigned claims from end to end
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and no prior experience required in the Claims area
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Customer Service area
  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and no prior experience required in the Claims area
  • Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Auto property damage claims and/or body shop experience
  • Insurance industry, medical terminology, or medical billing knowledge
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adapt to a changing environment
