Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IVR and Genesys Developer Expert to join our team at Infojini. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and developing Genesys pure engage and cloud-based IVR call flow applications. Your expertise in various contact center platforms and Java-based applications will enable us to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IVR design and development (Genesys) and custom application development. Additionally, they should possess certifications such as Genesys Certified Developer, Genesys Certified Specialist, and Genesys Certified Professional. A strong understanding of AWS Cloud Practitioner is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop Genesys pure engage and cloud-based IVR call flow applications.
2. Develop architect applications and integrate them with third-party solutions.
3. Integrate third-party APIs with Genesys products.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
