Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team at YCS. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in need of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist families in accessing developmental services for their children
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) using the Routines-Based Model
  • Coordinate early intervention services and connect families with necessary resources
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure services are delivered effectively
  • Provide families with information about their rights and available resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Family Studies, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • 1 year of documented professional experience working with children and families
  • Strong computer skills proficient in Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of early intervention services and family-centered practices
  • Ability to work effectively with families, service providers, and community partners

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
