Early Childhood Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team at YCS. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in need of support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist families in accessing developmental services for their children
- Facilitate the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) using the Routines-Based Model
- Coordinate early intervention services and connect families with necessary resources
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure services are delivered effectively
- Provide families with information about their rights and available resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Family Studies, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- 1 year of documented professional experience working with children and families
- Strong computer skills proficient in Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of early intervention services and family-centered practices
- Ability to work effectively with families, service providers, and community partners
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
