Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Oversee a team of Credit Analysts and support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service standards.
  • Credit Package Review: Examine and approve final credit packages to ensure proper deal structuring.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a senior point of contact for Credit Administrators, facilitating effective underwriting and credit risk analysis for various loan types.
  • Complex Loan Management: Handle larger and more intricate loans, providing backup support to the Credit Analysis team as needed.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with Line of Business Leaders and Learning & Development to nurture talent through consistent coaching and feedback.
  • Performance Management: Proactively address performance issues and assess team successes and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to established investor and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or underwriting.
  • Proven management experience is essential.
  • Preferred experience in budgeting and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and construction loans, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and recommendations based on credit risk indicators.
  • Demonstrated management capabilities and a thorough understanding of credit functions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
