Position Overview

The Strategic Customer Support Representative - Pump and Power serves as the initial point of contact for many of our clients. This role is designed to understand customer requirements, offer equipment solutions, negotiate agreements, and finalize contracts for rentals or sales. The primary objective of this position is to enhance sales revenue while exceeding customer expectations through outstanding service. Your success will be evaluated based on your ability to contribute to the achievement of business objectives. You will share responsibility and play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring a positive customer experience, achieving operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service capacity is required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Experience with Wynne software is a plus
  • Background in Equipment Rental or Emergency Response is preferred

The physical demands of this role include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments as required.
