Job Overview

Global Machinery is seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with customers, recommending and demonstrating specialized construction equipment, and facilitating sales and rental transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the growth of our Sacramento branch, driving market expansion and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a robust network of industry contacts, forging meaningful connections with customers, contractors, and partners.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of sales and rental transactions, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide comprehensive operator training and post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Drive market share growth and elevate the Global Machinery brand through strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, contributing to various facets of the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with direct exposure to construction equipment sales highly desirable.
  • Clean driving record essential; CDL license preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating construction equipment advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and responsive individual with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to handle physical demands including equipment operation, loading/unloading, and demonstrations.

Compensation: Competitive base salary complemented by commission structure on equipment sales.
