The Route Sales Representative is responsible for meeting customer needs through up-selling and cross-selling, while providing superior customer service by proactively managing all route responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit new customers and ensure a profitable product mix
  • Actively participate in promotions and contests, training, and audits
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service and route management
  • Ensure customer loyalty and retention through outstanding customer service
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle and maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Handle and process customer payments and maintain accurate route paperwork
  • Ensure timely and correct deliveries of complete textile loads and maintain proper inventories
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and CDL when applicable
  • Excellent driving record and safe driving skills
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to comprehend and follow direction
  • Good time management skills and team player
  • High school graduation or similar experience
