Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the advancement of Category Leadership initiatives with key retail partners.
- Drive growth and enhance performance for notable brands through strategic insights and category diagnostics.
- Utilize point-of-sale, loyalty, and shopper data to align customer strategies with Campbell's objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of category strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Foster strong relationships with category buyers and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills in category management and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with at least 5 years in Category Management or Insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Proven experience in building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
This role primarily operates from a home office, with travel required for customer engagements and team meetings.
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $172,200, depending on various factors such as experience and skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and wellness programs, effective from the first day of employment.
