About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Gainwell Technologies as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to system functions, hardware, and software.
  • Perform routine install, move, add, and change (ICMS) activities, following established procedures and processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement technical activities, such as distributing new personal computers or racking network equipment.
  • Offer basic guidance to clients on system and product usage to eliminate recurring errors.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements, product updates, and process improvements to ensure team performance and achieve team objectives.
  • Contribute to documentation maintenance by updating information and changes as directed.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of technical training in a computer field.
  • Two or more years of Active Directory experience.
  • Two or more years of technical support experience.
  • Experience working with company products, operating systems, and company escalation policies.
  • Experience in solving computer-related technical problems.
