Key Responsibilities
  • Support the IVF Nurse Coordinator in managing care for egg donor patients, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate patient treatment plans and provide guidance on medication and testing protocols.
  • Assist in scheduling and conducting new patient appointments, while providing necessary support to clinical staff.
  • Conduct thorough audits of patient consent forms and follow up on any missing documentation.
  • Ensure that all preconceptual testing and annual examinations are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist in the review of IVF care plans.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clarity in treatment processes.
  • Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality regarding patient information.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team problem-solving efforts.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
  • Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse.
  • BLS certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a practical nursing role is required.
  • Experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology is preferred.
Work Environment

This position operates in a clinical setting, requiring the use of standard office equipment and effective communication skills. Physical demands include the ability to sit, stand, and walk as needed, along with the dexterity to operate office machinery.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and location, and may include additional benefits such as bonuses and flexible work arrangements.
