The LPN Coordinator for Third-Party Patient Care will work closely with the IVF Nurse Coordinator to provide exceptional support for egg donor patients and manage essential processes related to infertility care. This role includes:
- Assisting with patient appointments and supporting clinical staff.
- Conducting chart audits and ensuring compliance with patient care protocols.
- Tracking and managing patient consent forms and follow-ups.
- Monitoring patient workups to ensure all necessary testing is completed.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Ensuring adherence to FDA regulations regarding tissue donation.
- Providing educational support to patients under the guidance of the RN.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse
- BLS certification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an LPN role
- Preferred experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
This position operates in a clinical setting, requiring effective communication and organizational skills. The role involves standard office tasks and patient interactions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
