Key Responsibilities:

The LPN Coordinator for Third-Party Patient Care will work closely with the IVF Nurse Coordinator to provide exceptional support for egg donor patients and manage essential processes related to infertility care. This role includes:

  • Assisting with patient appointments and supporting clinical staff.
  • Conducting chart audits and ensuring compliance with patient care protocols.
  • Tracking and managing patient consent forms and follow-ups.
  • Monitoring patient workups to ensure all necessary testing is completed.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Ensuring adherence to FDA regulations regarding tissue donation.
  • Providing educational support to patients under the guidance of the RN.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
  • Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse
  • BLS certification
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an LPN role
  • Preferred experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Work Environment:

This position operates in a clinical setting, requiring effective communication and organizational skills. The role involves standard office tasks and patient interactions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
