**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Support Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Group. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide essential administrative support to our attorneys, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining positive client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform new client intake and onboarding processes.
- Manage client matters and documents in electronic case management and document management software.
- Run conflict checks and maintain accurate records.
- Draft, type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and legal documents.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, faxing, and mailing documents.
- E-file and/or paper file legal documents with various courts.
- Maintain attorney calendars with detail and accuracy, including scheduling for court dates, client appointments, deadlines, and reminders.
- Schedule court reporters and couriers as needed.
- Prepare check requests for attorney reimbursements and client costs.
- Track and save attorney credit card receipts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal office environment within family law.
- Experience in Eastern PA counties, including Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Lehigh, is preferred.
