Recovery Support Specialist

Gaudenzia is a leading nonprofit provider of treatment to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve long-term recovery and a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide resources and support to clients in their recovery journey
  • Attend treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and develop treatment plans
  • Act as a liaison with community support groups and provide referrals as needed
  • Model effective coping techniques and self-help strategies
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in MyAvatar
