Job Title: Call Center Specialist

At DOC Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Specialist to join our team. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and field staff, handling phone calls, and promoting a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls from customers and field staff, providing service excellence and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Actively promote and enhance the customer service experience, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Accurately enter service requests in company software, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with coworkers, both internal and external, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Work with multiple priorities and be detailed in written communication, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Dispatch as required in case of an escalated emergency from a customer, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and well-being.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other company-related software.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good reading comprehension and attention to detail.
