Key Responsibilities
  • Support leadership in all aspects of enterprise investment portfolios, including strategic asset allocation recommendations and financial markets assessment.
  • Manage the daily investment portfolio trade activity to ensure maximum risk-adjusted returns and maintain liquidity.
  • Develop asset allocation strategies for corporate portfolios, pension, 401k, foundation, and other non-qualified benefit assets.
  • Participate in investment portfolio management to identify performance gaps and risks to benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with Treasury to ensure liquidity needs are identified and planned for.
  • Inform leadership and colleagues on current economic trends to enhance business decisions and strategies.
  • Develop proactive analysis, solutions, and strategies to support enterprise strategies and goals.
  • Manage analytics, peer comparisons, management reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage accountabilities.
  • Exemplify fiduciary stewardship over all financial assets and adhere to conducting work through approved policies, processes, and controls.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of related professional experience, including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience.
  • 1+ years leading a team or successful project lead experience.
  • Expert knowledge of financial markets, enterprise treasury, investments, risk management, and standard methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure Treasury and Investment objectives are communicated and understood.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking and investment legal and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex information to boards, investment committees, and executive staff.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management ability to handle challenging responsibilities and change priorities.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding of complex investment concepts.
  • Broad knowledge of NAIC, SEC, and IRS rules and regulations.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
Role Designation

This role is a Hybrid Remote position, requiring a combination of working onsite and remotely.
