Key Responsibilities

  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
  • Cash Handling: Maintain the accountability and security of your individual cash drawer, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Stocking and Cleaning: Stock and clean your workstation and surrounding areas to ensure a clean and presentable environment for guests.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management staff in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume food and beverage environment preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with frequent contact with the general public. The team member must be able to perform under pressure and work long hours under stressful conditions.
