Sales Director

As a Sales Director - North America at Stayntouch, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering company that is revolutionizing hotel operations with cutting-edge cloud-based property management solutions.
About the Role- The Regional Director of Sales will report directly to the VP of North American Sales and be responsible for direct sales activity within their assigned region.
- Collaborate with the VP of NA Sales to execute the regional sales strategy
- Effectively build, prioritize, and manage sales pipeline in a specific geographical territory
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively close deals with new and potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales quotas, sales pipeline growth, and meet sales activity performance metrics
- Prepare accurate sales quotes and negotiate contracts and pricing to win new business
- Maintain accurate records of account targets, leads, prospects, and all additional business development activities in our CRM system, ensuring all documentation is complete
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Stayntouch's products, industry trends, and the overall competitive landscape
- May be required to prospect in person locally and/or travel
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality software/SaaS sales
- Established relationships with key decision-makers within the hospitality industry
- Property management software sales experience is a plus
- Possess passion for sales with a proven track record of negotiation skills, high performance, and target achievement
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
- Diligence in following up
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales enabling platforms
- Relentless drive to understand customer needs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, follow policies, processes, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network internally and externally
Our estimated annual salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
