About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to assigned patients, working under the direction of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic patient care to assigned patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for addressing these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 1 year of nursing experience in a clinic or acute care setting, or completion of a residency program.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
