Clinical Nurse

As a skilled Clinical Nurse at Pacific Medical Centers, you will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and nursing protocols to deliver high-quality care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS certification.
- At least one year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
- Two years of experience in Behavioral Health settings, with a focus on acute or ambulatory care.
- Two years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting, with a focus on area(s) of responsibility.
- Recent experience in hospital and out-patient settings.
- Recent experience with phone triage.
- Three years of experience in Behavioral Health settings, with a focus on progressive experience, including medication management.
