Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical RN II to join our team at Children's National Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, assess, and implement nursing care based on sound nursing judgments and patient needs.
  • Provide professional nursing care for physician's office patients following established standards and practices.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and staff to deliver patient care and expand clinical base of nursing knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure all nursing practice is based on the legal scope of practice, national and specialty nursing standards, Children's National Policies and Procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • BSN graduate from an approved school of nursing.
  • 1 year RN experience in a clinical setting.
  • Functional accountabilities include professional practice/research, participate in shared leadership, contribute to Children's National's MAGNET Journey, and ensure nursing practice is based on evidence of best practice.
What We Offer
  • Eligible for telework based on the needs of the practice.
  • Work hours from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., four days per week.
