Water Processing Specialist at our
Somerset, NJ facilities.
Compensation
Pay:
$20.85 / hour

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, 1st Shift Schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as a team member in a high-volume, light manufacturing environment.
- Engage in packaging operations, loading raw materials, cleaning equipment, conducting quality control inspections, and recording data.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workstation following 5S standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Interact with production team members, quality control, and maintenance technicians to optimize output and efficiency.
- Support the facility in ensuring compliance with the BTB Food Safety Management System and all other food safety and product quality programs.

- Provide coverage for team members during vacations.- Demonstrate commitment to BlueTriton Brands Management System, Food Safety, Environment, Safety and Health, and the Leadership Principles of BlueTriton Brands to manage and enhance BTB T&P/SC.
Qualifications:
Key qualifications include:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred, especially in the food or beverage sector with knowledge of GMPs.
- Ability to assemble, wash, and sanitize various units as required using established procedures.
- Perform and document activities at the workstation.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products.
- Read and utilize manuals and diagrams.
- Record and chart production output and equipment downtime.
- Solve problems independently and in team settings.
- Capable of using pneumatic or battery-operated tools.
- Work safely with and around chemicals such as cleaning agents and sanitizers.
- Ability to lift, lower, or move objects weighing up to 75 lbs for short periods and transport them over distances up to 100 feet.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong communication skills.
