We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to support our Federal Surveys program. This role involves working in a hybrid environment with options for remote and onsite work in Arlington, VA.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a talented individual to utilize their technical writing expertise in survey design, testing, and implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of survey data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, testing, and implementing surveys to gather high-quality data.
  • Identify and address substantive and methodological issues in survey design and implementation.
  • Analyze complex survey data using statistical knowledge and present findings in written reports.
  • Direct and coordinate the work of team members to produce accurate and well-organized analyses.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure coordination between departmental sections.
  • Verify data frequencies for quality assurance and review project deliverables for content and formatting.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing survey findings, including visualizations and recommendations.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
