Job Summary: We seek an experienced Documentation Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of outstanding documentation for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate technical information into clear, concise documents that cater to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Review content of technical documentation for quality, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
  • Direct the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of documentation for software applications and systems using current technologies and software.
  • Utilize structured system development life cycle processes for planning, managing, and documenting project activities.
  • Assist other staff members with documentation-related tasks.
  • Interact with project sponsors as requested by the project director, focusing on customer service and understanding client expectations and needs.
  • Maintain expertise in documentation tools and technologies.

  • Proven experience as a documentation specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of proficiency in documentation tools and technologies.
