Job Title: Control Room Operations Specialist

Job Overview

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Control Room Operations Specialist to join our team at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the processes in the stadium's control room and serving as an informational resource on control room functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the control room, ensuring seamless communication and incident documentation during events and 24/7 operations.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on control room systems, including the lighting panel, elevator controller, and fire panel.
  • Assist with incident response, providing critical support to security personnel and helping to document incidents.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, identify potential issues, and work with maintenance teams to resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination during events.
Requirements
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience with software platforms like 24/7 Software.
  • Prior command center or control room experience, preferably in a stadium or similar environment.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during events.
