About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Martin Sprocket & Gear in Arlington, TX.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment inspecting completed parts for acceptable tolerances. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy
  • Assist operators in measurement setups and maintain machines and work areas in a clean and safe manner
  • Work from process sheets, blueprints, or other written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform inspection tasks
  • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
