Job Title:
Associate Director, Compensation Analytics

Job Summary:
KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, Compensation Analytics to join our Human Resources organization. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for uncovering and communicating complex total rewards-related data insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to analyze compensation data, including total rewards costs, compensation benchmarking, pay analysis, job architecture, compensation budgeting, sentiment, performance development, career levelling, benefits, pension, textual market intelligence, and executive compensation data.
2. Create data visualizations, financial models, projections, analyses, and reports from interconnected data to inform business decisions.
3. Direct, manage, and implement technology platforms (Power BI and Data Lake) used for data management, data source integration, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
4. Adapt to, test, and manage the implementation of new technologies, including aspects of SuccessFactors.
5. Manage high-impact projects in the compensation space, working directly with compensation team leadership.
6. Forge and maintain relationships with compensation managers, subject matter professionals, vendor representatives, data providers, and Human Resource generalists.
7. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Requirements:
1. Minimum seven years of recent experience in complex analytics, preferably in a professional services environment.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.
3. Advanced MS Excel and Access skills required.
4. Demonstrated aptitude for working with advanced analytic platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, SPSS.
5. Strong quantitative and advanced analytic skills with an ability to explain complex results understandably using visual and relationship-building skills.
6. Capability to handle multiple priorities and produce work at volume.
7. Be a team player with a positive attitude and strong capacity to work with limited supervision.
