Senior Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Partner to join our dynamic team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our HR team, you will act as an internal consultant, providing expert advice and developing strategic compensation programs that align with our company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and manage equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and regulations.
- Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to ensure the success of our compensation strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing materials for Compensation Committee and Board of Director meetings.
- Conduct executive compensation analysis and provide benchmark data to ensure competitive salary and incentive structures.
- Provide comprehensive support in all aspects of executive compensation, including pay structure design and incentive plans.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Stock Administration teams to ensure accurate and compliant compensation data reporting.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of compensation processes.
- Communicate compensation philosophies and practices clearly across all organizational levels, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Minimum of 5 years of compensation experience in a U.S. public company, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen interest in using data to guide decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, market pricing, and incentive plan design.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations and practices.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certification in compensation management is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in Human Resources and compensation management, particularly in multi-site or regional settings.
- Experience in the manufacturing, aviation, or international sectors is highly desirable.
