Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analytics Director to join our Human Resources organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for uncovering and communicating complex total rewards-related data insights to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing data visualizations, financial models, and analyses to inform compensation decisions
  • Managing and implementing technology platforms for data management, integration, and reporting
  • Collaborating with compensation team leadership to drive business outcomes
  • Building relationships with compensation managers, subject matter experts, and vendors

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in complex analytics, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
  • Advanced MS Excel and Access skills required
  • Demonstrated aptitude for working with advanced analytic platforms
