Key Responsibilities
- Conduct essential data entry into the designated systems for tasks such as product reception and transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for dispatch.
- Assist with the assembly of products as required.
- Create and update product documentation.
- Coordinate the receipt of priority items.
- Document the unloading, staging, and categorization of all incoming products.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols within warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with management to recruit temporary staff as needed for seamless operations and provide training to new hires.
- Supervise temporary staff assigned to loading outgoing shipments and report any incidents to management.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles such as forklifts.
- Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings.
- Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Establish and nurture sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools.
- Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives promptly; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required; supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in the trading card game industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
Certifications
- Valid Driver's License is required.
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with typical office conditions.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access all areas of the warehouse.
Travel
