Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the assembly of products as required.
  • Create and update product documentation.
  • Coordinate the receipt of priority items.
  • Document the unloading, staging, and categorization of all incoming products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols within warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with management to recruit temporary staff as needed for seamless operations and provide training to new hires.
  • Supervise temporary staff assigned to loading outgoing shipments and report any incidents to management.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles such as forklifts.
  • Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives promptly; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in the trading card game industry is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

Certifications

  • Valid Driver's License is required.

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with typical office conditions.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access all areas of the warehouse.
