Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors.

  • Facilitate negotiations for customer contract renewals.

Required Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Proficiency in negotiation, training, coaching, and leadership.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and strong communication capabilities.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to meet pre-employment DOT physical standards and lift up to 50 pounds.
