Job Opportunity

Northeast Family Services, a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience, is seeking an experienced and independently licensed clinician to join our growing Massachusetts team as Assistant Program Director for Outpatient Therapy.

The Assistant Program Director will provide leadership and support to daily operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. This role involves staff development, treatment coordination, and clinical supervision to our Outpatient Therapy staff.

We work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths and realize their full potential, utilizing various approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

This is a hybrid position, allowing the candidate to work out of any of our Massachusetts offices across the state.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field
  • Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Two years minimum experience working with children, youth, and families providing direct treatment services
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
  • Experience in quality management preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
