Our Customer Service Representative will handle incoming inquiries with confidence and charisma. While organization is crucial, building rapport is even more essential.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative for Waltham Pest Services, you will deliver outstanding service to both clients and colleagues. You will take pride in addressing customer concerns and ensuring proactive follow-up with existing clients, leads, and referrals. Your role will involve responding to service and sales inquiries and clearly conveying this information to field technicians and sales representatives. Additionally, you will maintain precise customer records and assist in scheduling service routes and coordinating appointments. Our representatives also support accounts receivable in collection efforts.

Requirements:

Applicants must be able to pass a drug screening and meet physical job requirements. Candidates should be capable of performing the necessary job duties with or without accommodations and must obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
