Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the scope and timeline of each project, ensuring that deliverables are met and deadlines are exceeded.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily standups to ensure effective team collaboration and communication.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks and facilitate internal communication to drive effective collaboration.
  • Be the point of contact for external communications, ensuring that customer and stakeholder needs are met.
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests, ensuring that product roadmaps are aligned with business objectives.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur, ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering high-quality products.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively, ensuring that the organization remains agile and adaptable.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint, and guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
  • Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it, driving innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
  • Collaborate with Digital Business partners and Vendors to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design, user experience, engineering, and user enablement, to turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes.
  • Work in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones, and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Partner with Business to develop and execute the product roadmap, translating product roadmaps into well-defined product requirements.
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Lead the product functional design process, based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • Define and execute a go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch, to evaluate future investment.
