About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Jobot. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of our audit functions, including planning, execution, and reporting of audits.
- Develop and implement effective audit strategies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members to ensure the successful completion of audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Audit, preferably within the finance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing and control practices, as well as financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in tax planning and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and design and produce effective management reports.
