Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and project definition with clients to ensure accurate project scope and objectives.
  • Lead project phases within established timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular project progress updates to clients, maintaining open communication and transparency.
  • Offer technical guidance and direction to department managers, fostering a culture of expertise and collaboration.
  • Participate in project design teams, contributing to the development of innovative and effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Utilize AutoCAD - Civil 3D to design and analyze projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer, with a strong background in solid waste and landfill management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
