Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and adjust client appointments as needed.
  • Document patient interactions and maintain security protocols.
  • Review and update financial information with clients.
  • Meet with clients to complete clinic intake documentation and interviews.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years' experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
  • Valid NYS driver license, acceptable to insurance carrier, for required local travel.
